It has been revealed that the comedy duo Diane will be hosting the "Kohaku Behind the Scenes Talk Channel," a secondary audio track for the 76th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen , which will be broadcast on New Year's Eve.
The Red and White Behind-the-Scenes Talk Channel will deliver the same live broadcasting experience from a commentary booth in the audience at NHK Hall, including information about the charms of the participating singers and behind-the-scenes information that cannot be fully conveyed through the main audio. Announcer Risa Hayashida , who serves as a Caster for "Saturday Watch 9," will also serve as host.

The theme of the 76th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen is "Connecting, Connecting, New Year's Eve," and it will be hosted by Hiroiki Ariyoshi, Haruka Ayase, Mio Imada, and announcer Naoko Suzuki. It will be broadcast from 7:20 pm to 11:45 pm on December 31st (with some news breaks).
