The final judging for the "JC Miss Contest 2025," which will determine the "cutest junior high school girl in Japan," was held in Tokyo on November 30th, and Hono, a first-year junior high school student from Kagoshima Prefecture, was selected as the grand prize winner from among the 14 finalists.
With tears in her eyes, Hono expressed her joy at winning the award, saying, "Thank you so much to everyone who supported me. I entered the Junior High School Miss Contest with the goal of winning the grand prize, so I'm very happy to have won it."
She revealed that her dream for the future is to "become a celebrity and produce my own cosmetics and colored contact lenses!"
The "JC Miss Con 2025" was open to any female junior high school student who was not affiliated with an entertainment agency, and received approximately 35,000 applications. The runner-up was Aisa, a second-year junior high school student from Ishikawa Prefecture.
