It has been revealed that Snow Man will be performing the theme song for the film "Specials" (directed by Uchida Eiji), in which Daisuke Sakuma of the popular group Snow Man will make his first solo starring role, and that the title will be "Odorouse!" Details of the song will be announced at a later date. The release date has also been set for March 6, 2026. Information such as the official poster, additional cast members, and movie tickets has all been released at once.
The film is a completely original work conceived, written and directed by Director Uchida of "Midnight Swan" (released in 2020). A group of lone professional assassins of all ages and personalities take on a high-paying mission, but the only way to eliminate their "eccentric" target is to aim to win a dance competition. The story follows a mismatched impromptu team with zero experience, zero cooperation and zero motivation as they take on a serious dance challenge. Sakuma plays Dia, a legendary former assassin who normally works as a kind-hearted assistant at a children's home. Other cast members include Shiina Kippei, NCT's Nakamoto Yuta, Aoyagi Sho and Ozawa Hitoshi.
The visual of this poster shows the curtain rising on a dance venue, with Dia and the other five assassins striking sharp poses on stage. Dia and the others have grim expressions that are not suitable for their glamorous dance, and countless bullets are being fired at them... The design foreshadows a fierce shootout between the assassins.
In addition, additional cast members surrounding Dia and the other five assassins have also been announced. Newcomer Urara, who makes her acting debut in this film, will play Asaka, a young dancer at an orphanage who adores Dia and becomes their dance "teacher." Maeda Aki will play Riko, a kind senior staff member at the orphanage. Hirakawa Yuzuki will play Shiori, the beloved granddaughter and center of the dance team of Honjo, the underworld leader whose head Dia and the other five are after. Yajima Kenichi will play Zaizen, a member of a mysterious organization pursuing Dia. Rokuhei Naomasa will play Kazama, the boss of the Kazama-gumi, who employs Dia and commissions the assassination of Honjo. Ishibashi Renji will play Honjo, the eccentric boss of the Honjo-kai.
