A new ending video cut has been released for the popular anime "Doraemon" (TV Asahi, Saturday 5pm). With the cover illustration of the original comic by Fujiko F. Fujio in the background, it depicts Doraemon firing an air cannon and Nobita posing as if peering into the air. While endings have been renewed in the past when anime movies were released, this is the first time a new ending has been created since the TV anime was renewed in 2005. Singer-songwriter Tani Yuuki will be in charge of the new ending theme, "Moshi Monogatari." The new ending video will begin airing on October 4th.
The newly released cut is linked to the dance choreography that goes with the ending theme "Moshi Monogatari," and the choreography is said to be based on various secret gadgets and familiar characters, including the Fourth Dimension Pocket and Takecopter. The choreography is by KOTARO IDE, a dancer who is popular mainly on TikTok.
KOTARO IDE commented, "I would be happy if this piece becomes something that people will hum or remember from time to time in the future and that will become close to their hearts." A dance video by Tani Yuuki and KOTARO IDE has also been released on YouTube.
The October 4th broadcast will feature two programs: "Grab Giant's Butt!" and "Walk, Walk to the Moon."
