Additional cast announced for "Eternal Yugure"

Additional cast members have been announced for the original TV anime "Eternal Yugure" by PAWORKS, the animation production company behind "true tears" and "SHIROBAKO," and it has been revealed that Satoshi Tsuruoka, Takehito Koyasu, Yu Nakano, and Mariya Ise will be appearing.

Tsuruoka will play Canis, the general administrator of the North H4-27 district of OWEL, who manages the area around Hakodate Village and instills unreasonable fear in the low-ranking residents; Koyasu will play Marm, an administrator who manages the people known as "Letogia" who have given up their human rights in society under OWEL's control for various reasons; Nakano will play Urus, the boss of the mafia Lontano family that controls the town of Aomori, who is strict and brutal and values ​​unity and trust above all else; and Ise will play Seshat, the head librarian of the library managed by OWEL in Sendai, a woman who loves books, devotes herself to them, and is loyal to her job.

"Eternal Yugure" is a full-fledged love story set in a future world where AI technology has advanced. The protagonist, Himegami Akira, who has pledged his love to his beloved, Ou Maki Towasa, wakes up from years of cold sleep to find a city devastated by war. An android named Yugure, who bears a striking resemblance to Towasa, appears before Akira and they decide to travel together.

Episode 0 will be broadcast on the late-night anime slot "Super Animeism TURBO" on MBS/TBS on September 25th, and episode 1 will be broadcast on October 2nd.
