Visuals for Shikoku, Chugoku, Chubu, Hokkaido, and Okinawa have been released for the "All Japan Project [Children of the 47 Prefectures ]" of the Oshi no Ko," based on the popular manga serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" (Shueisha). The project features characters from "Oshi no Ko" inspired by each of the 47 prefectures, and all 47 visuals have now been released, including those for Kanto, Tohoku, Kinki, and Kyushu, which have already been released.
"Oshi no Ko " is a popular manga written by Aka Akasaka , who also wrote " Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, " and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari , who also wrote " Scum's Wish ." It was serialized in Weekly Young Jump from April 2020 to November 2024. It tells the story of twin siblings left behind by the sudden death of a genius idol named Ai. The younger twin, Ruby, admires her mother and enters the entertainment industry, while the older brother, Aqua, vows to take revenge on their biological father, who is believed to have accomplices in Ai's murder. The comic has sold over 20 million copies in total.
