A new cut from the theatrical anime "Aikatsu! x PriPara THE MOVIE - The Miracle of Encounter!", a miraculous collaboration between the popular anime and game series "Aikatsu!" and "PriPara," has been released. While preparing for a live performance, Akari Ozora from "Aikatsu!" and Lala Manaka from "PriPara" are transported to a special space created by a distortion in space-time. Confused, the two go on stage together to perform for the many fans waiting for them.
The idols were enjoying a dream collaboration at a joint live festival, but before they knew it, the outside world had become a disaster, and they thought that if they could unite the "brilliance of idols," they might be able to return the world to normal. Luminous' Ozora Akari, Hikami Sumire, and Shinjo Hinaki, along with Sorami Smile's Manaka Lala, Minami Mirei, and Hojo Sophy, unite their hearts and join forces to aim for the best stage ever, filled with excitement and sparkle.
The movie will be a "dream collaboration" between the Akari generation of "Aikatsu!" and "PriPara." Takahiro Okawa will serve as director, with Kimura Ryuichi and Moriwaki Makoto, who directed "Aikatsu!" and "PriPara," participating as supervisors. The movie will be produced by experienced staff from both works, including chief animation director Tatsuya Akitsu and CG director Yoshihiro Otobe. It will be released on October 10th.
