The second installment of "THE 0 to 1," an interview project in which authors talk about the behind-the-scenes stories behind the creation of hit works from "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), features Sho Makura, the original author of "Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube," and Tsuyoshi Okano, the illustrator. The interview was published on the company's online bookstore, Zebrack, in which Makura and Okano talk about the journey from the initial concept to the serialization of the character design, their feelings at the time, and their philosophy on manga.
"THE 0 to 1" is a special project in which the creators of Weekly Shonen Jump's hit works are interviewed directly about the journey they took from "zero to one." The publication date of each interview article will be the release date of the magazine containing the first chapter of each work.
To commemorate the release of the second installment, Zebrack will be releasing up to 70 episodes of "Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube," up to 30 episodes of "Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube NEO," and one volume of the comic "Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube S" for free.
