NHK's new program "Sketch x Documentary: Laughing Company Revolution" (General TV, Wednesdays at 11pm) will begin on July 2nd. The program turns the common issues swirling around companies in the Reiwa era into "sketches" and presents the search for solutions on the ground as "documentaries."
The program uses comedy sketches and documentaries to explore fun ways to solve common company problems. The first episode's theme is "Assignment Gacha." The secret to overcoming the problem of not being able to find the department or boss you want is... Katsuhisa Namase, Wataru Omura, and Yuki Tayama will appear.
The fate of every office worker is the "assignment gacha." It's a common problem: whether you can get the job you want or meet a good boss is down to luck. Ikeda (Naoto Ikeda), a new employee who aspired to work in space development, is told he'll be assigned to the company newsletter. What's more, his boss, Saito (Namuse), is opportunistic and full of contradictions. Motivation doesn't rise. Relationships come to a standstill. Where can you find a hint to save your increasingly painful office life?
The program conducted surprise interviews with construction companies and major tech companies in Sapporo.
