The lineup for Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi, Monday to Friday 1pm), which will air from June 30th to July 4th, has been announced. On the 30th, TV personality Tsuruno Takeshi Takeshi Tsuruno be on the show, on July 1st singer Matsumura Kazuko will be on the show, on the 2nd a selection of the best episodes from the first half of the year will be on the show, on the 3rd actor Kazama Morio will be on the show, and on the 4th, comedy duo "The Knights" will be on the show.
Tsuruno is 50 years old and has five children aged between 9 and 21. He graduated from university this April and is currently applying for a license as a certified psychologist. He was looking forward to drinking with his eldest son. He also talks about an episode with his wife, with whom he has been married for 22 years.
Matsumura made her debut in 1980 at the age of 18 with the song "Come Home." At the age of 11, she fell in love at first sight with singer Goro Noguchi and decided to pursue a career as a singer. She married her husband in 2000, but he developed liver problems and passed away 11 years ago.

The Knights are a duo consisting of Nobuyuki Hanawa, chairman of the Manzai Association, and Nobuyuki Tsuchiya, executive director. In February, Hanawa fell into a gutter and suffered serious injuries, including a facial fracture. Hanawa's older brother, comedian Hanawa, stepped in as a pinch hitter and played as the duo's partner, and the duo was apparently very well received.
