The synopsis and stills from the final episode of the drama series " A Calm Sea and Beautiful Days with You " (Fuji TV, Thursdays at 10pm) starring Kyoko Yoshine, which will air on June 26th, have been released.
Natsumi Ebata (Yoshine) and Takita (Kyouya Honda) decide to go see fireflies. However, they are called to the ship, and Takita heads to the ship with Ryunosuke Fukami (Yuta Koseki). At sea, the ship is shaking violently due to the storm, and Takita and Fukami are busy dealing with it...
On the other hand, Natsumi feels that as a naval wife she must take good care of the family, but she is worried about the state of the ship and cannot sit still. She decides to go to the naval base, which collects information about the navy, thinking that she might find out something.
Then, Fumiko Yoshimori (Maika Yamamoto) comes to visit Natsumi. She is worried about Fukami, who is engaged to be married, and so she visits Natsumi.
Natsumi confesses to Fumiko, who shares the same feelings, that she feels overwhelmed by anxiety every day. Just as the two are in tears, Shibahara Ikuko (Wakui Emi) comes in. Ikuko gently comforts the two after explaining the mindset of a naval wife, and cheers them up by saying, "It'll be okay."
What will become of Natsumi and Takimasa, Fumiko and Fukami?
The story is based on the manga of the same name by Nishika Hachi, which is currently being serialized on Kodansha's manga app Comic Days. It depicts the love story that begins in 1936, when Natsumi, who was proposed to and married on "zero days of dating," and Imperial Navy lieutenant Takitaka Ebata begin their married life together.
