A new visual for the TV anime "Rascal Does Not Dream Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus" (Dengeki Bunko), has been released. The visual for the "Lost Singer Arc," the main story of the series, shows Hirokawa Uzuki holding a microphone and saying, "I wonder if this is really the place I wanted to come to."
A part of the main video of the first episode, "Adolescence is not over," has been released on YouTube. Six months after entering university, Sakuta Azusagawa has been enjoying a peaceful campus life, meeting new people in addition to his friends from high school and his girlfriend, Mai Sakurajima. One day in October, Sakuta Azusagawa is approached by Mai's younger sister, Nodoka Toyohama, who attends the same university, for advice. Nodoka is worried about the future of the idol group Sweet Bullet, which she belongs to, as the leader of the group, Uzuki Hirokawa, is receiving more solo offers.

The "Rascal Does Not Dream Senpai" series is a light novel written by Kamoshida Hajime and illustrated by Mizoguchi Cage. It depicts the love story between Azusagawa Sakuta, an outcast at school, and Sakurajima Mai, an upperclassman and actress. The keyword is "puberty syndrome," which occurs during adolescence. The total number of copies of the original work published is over 3 million.
The TV anime series "Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai" aired from October to December 2018. The movie version of the anime series "Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl" was released in June 2019, followed by "Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out" on June 23, 2023, and "Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid" on December 1 of the same year.
