Fumiya Takahashi Takahashi, who appears in the NHK morning drama " Anpan " (General Asadora , Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. and others) starring Mio Imada . Takahashi, who plays Kentaro Karashima Karashima, a classmate of Takashi ( Takumi Kitamura ) from Tokyo Higher School of the Arts, talked about his impression of Takumi Kitamura.
"Anpan" is based on the married couple Takashi Yanase(1919-2013) and Noriyuki Yanase (1918-1993). It is a "story of love and courage" that will make you feel the joy of living, depicting how the two met, overcame all sorts of rough seas, and arrived at "Anpanman", the embodiment of "unreversible justice."
Kentaro, played by Takahashi, is a classmate of Takashi at Tokyo Higher School of the Arts and hails from Fukuoka. He is a true friend to Takashi, who had no friends when he was young. He went to war before Takashi, but they meet again at the Kokura Regiment.
Regarding the relationship between Kentaro and Taku, he explained, "Taku has something that Kentaro doesn't have. Even though we are completely different, he is someone I can be with for a long time and feel comfortable with."
"I think that there is love in everything Kentaro says and does towards Taku. When Taku looks down, I think it's Kentaro who lifts his chin so that he can look up. I think we are two people who can help each other grow, and although there may be changes as we grow, I want us to stay the same."
Regarding his impression of Kitamura, who plays Taka, he said, "He is a really kind and tolerant person."
"At first I was a bit shy, but then he suddenly called me by my name, 'Fumiya,' and I was really touched (laughs). We both cook, so we had a lot to talk about and became really close. I've been influenced in many ways by ' Anpan,' but meeting Kitamura-san was especially big. I've learned a lot from him, such as awareness of acting and how to behave on set, so I'm really glad I met him."
