"Stray Dog and Angel" and "Ramen-Loving Koizumi-san" author's new series

A new series by Narumi Naru, known for works such as "Ramen-Loving Koizumi-san" and "Watari-kun's ****** Is About to Collapse is on the Verge of Houkai," titled "Stray Dog and Angel-chan," will begin in the seventh issue of the manga magazine "Monthly Young Magazine" (Kodansha), which goes on sale on June 20th.

Toji, a freeter who became famous after an incident and now earns a living by working part-time without interacting with anyone or attracting attention, gets caught up in a dispute between customers at a supermarket and comes into contact with a beautiful high school girl named Sakuya. Sakuya is gifted with an incredible memory, known as a super eye, but is unable to adapt to school life. This human drama depicts the two people, who are unable to fit into society, living in a shared house and growing together.

The issue's cover features Nakata Kana, a former member of the idol group Nogizaka46 and professional mahjong player.
