The July issue of women's fashion magazine "VERY" (Kobunsha), featuring actress and mother of one, Mirei Kiritani on the cover, went on sale on June 6th. This is the first time that Kiritani has graced the cover of the magazine. The issue, released in two versions as a 30th anniversary commemorative edition, a regular edition and a special edition, shows off her beautiful, translucent skin in a white sleeveless top and a gorgeous green off-the-shoulder top.
The magazine's editor-in-chief, Asako Ushiro, commented, "When we first shot together, she brought her child's picture book with her, and I could tell that she was truly enjoying the child-rearing stage. Her candid way of talking about it immediately made me a fan." She talked about the charm of Kiritani, who always gives her all in both child-rearing and work, but also enjoys it with a relaxed attitude, and the reason why she was chosen as the cover model for the 30th anniversary issue.
