The fifth episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " Caster " (Sunday 9:00 pm) starring Hiroshi Abe was broadcast on May 11th. The identity of a TV station insider was revealed, causing a stir on social media.

Chief Director Kajiwara (Tamaki Reo) gets hold of information about the cover-up of a police assault case. Kajiwara's old friend, Akasaka Minami Police Station Chief Takeno (Ogawa Tamaki), wants to make an internal complaint.
Shindo (Abe) and his team head to interview Takeno. However, Takeno doesn't show up at the appointed time. Meanwhile, Takeno is holding an emergency press conference to deny the assault incident itself.
Kajiwara thinks that Erika (Kikuchi Akiko) from the Social Affairs Department leaked information to the higher-ups of the police and put pressure on Takeno. He begins to investigate the truth behind the assault on his own, but...
Towards the end of the series, it is revealed that Erika's boss, Komai Tetsushi (Yasui Junpei), head of the social affairs department, has been leaking information from within the TV station. It is also revealed that he has a collusive relationship with Murazaki Yoshinobu (Tezuka Toru), a counselor at the Metropolitan Police Department who is considered a candidate for superintendent general.
On social media, the story garnered attention, with comments such as, "I can't believe that the traitor was Director Komai...", "What?! Director Komai is the traitor?! I got goosebumps from this totally unexpected turn of events! I shouted out, 'It was you!'" and "I can't believe there's a traitor so close to me."
