Magician Mr. Maric and magician Maggy Shiro will be appearing on Kuroyanagi Tetsuko's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 pm on April 21st.
Maric is a "super magician" and Maggie performs magic tricks at vaudeville shows, but the two, who are polar opposites, have been best friends for 50 years. Maric is a magic equipment demonstrator and Maggie started out in a strip club, so they both had a common point in common: they both made it big after struggling through hard times.
The two have gone on a trip to a hot spring together, held a birthday party together, and participated in a volunteer program to comfort people after the Great East Japan Earthquake. This time, the two collaborated to perform a magic trick, and Kuroyanagi was astonished by the result.
