The first episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama "Caster" starring Hiroshi Abe(Sunday 9:00 pm) was broadcast on April 13th. The scene featuring the daughter of Abe's unconventional newscaster Shindo Soichi became a hot topic on social media.

The drama is set in a television news program and is a socially conscious entertainment piece that pursues the truth buried in the darkness and brings evil to justice.
Shindo's daughter, Yokoo Sumire, is a first-year junior high school student. She is a character who has a feud with Shindo due to past events. She is played by Horikoshi Reika (Ichikawa Botan), the eldest daughter of kabuki actors Ichikawa Danjuro and the late Kobayashi Mao.
In the first episode, as soon as the opening credits of the news program "Newsgate," in which Shindo serves as the main anchor, begin to play, Sumire immediately turns off the TV and mutters, "Really, anchors are the biggest liars, aren't they?"
On social media, comments such as, "Is Horikoshi Reika playing Abe's daughter? She's really grown up," "So the girl who had the TV turned off was Horikoshi Reika - she's really grown up," "Horikoshi Reika plays Shindo's daughter.
