The second episode of the drama series " Who saw the peacock dance in the jungle? " (TBS, Friday 10pm) starring Suzu Hirose was broadcast on January 31st. The truth about Komugi Yamashita, played by Hirose, was revealed and became a hot topic on social media.

The drama is based on the manga of the same name by Rito Asami. It is a suspense story about the intertwining of "love and destiny" between a parent and child caught up in a false accusation case.
"This is an important matter concerning you. You must decide for yourself." Kokoro Mugi (Hirose) looks at the DNA test report that Kamui (Isomura Hayato) hands her. The report proves that Kokoro Mugi and his aunt Natsumi (Hara Hideko) are not related by blood.
Kamui tells him, "Looking at the results, you are not your father's (Haruo Yamashita, played by Lily Franky) child after all." Kokoro Mugi cannot hide his confusion, saying, "No, that's a lie..."
Kamii asked, "What caught my attention was Hayashikawaka, who was 0 years old at the time and survived the Togayama Incident (in which a wealthy family was brutally murdered). Is it just a coincidence that this child and you are the same age?"
On social media, comments such as, "So that's how it is. The surviving second daughter is Kokoro Mugi. If that's the case, it all makes sense," "I guess the surviving baby is Kokoro Mugi after all," and "Just because the DNA of mother and niece don't match doesn't mean that father and daughter aren't related by blood," were posted.
In the first episode, after Haruo dies, Natsumi checks in with Kokoromugi, saying, "We need to talk about Haruo's insurance money. I'll manage your money for a while. Temporarily, of course. If you leave it to me, you can concentrate on university. Right? What do you think?"
On social media, there were comments such as, "The aunt and Kokoromugi are not related by blood. Ah, it seems that the money has been misused after all...", "Maybe the aunt knew? Is that why she said she would hold the insurance money?" and "She said she would manage the money, but she says they're not related by blood and so I think she's just planning to steal it."
