The first episode of the drama series " Who saw the peacock dance in the jungle? " (TBS, Friday 10pm) starring Suzu Hirose was broadcast on January 24th. On social media, people commented that Kamii Takashi, a reporter for the magazine "Weekly Jidai" played by Isomura Hayato, was "sexy and cool."

The drama is based on the manga of the same name by Rito Asami. It is a suspense story about the intertwining of "love and destiny" between a parent and child caught up in a false accusation case.
Kokoro Mugi (played by Hirose) loses her father, Haruo Yamashita (played by Lily Franky), in a house fire. The man who is quickly arrested as the culprit is Tomoya (played by Narita Ryo), the only son of the man Haruo had arrested 22 years earlier as the culprit of the Togayama Incident.
Meanwhile, Kokoro Mugi returns to the house alone to check if there are any photos of Haruo left. Then, she hears a noise and someone enters the room.
“Yamashita-san’s daughter? My name is Kamii and I work as a reporter for the magazine Weekly Jidai. Your father’s…”
Kokoro Mugi interrupts Kamui and hurriedly runs away... and so the story unfolds. On social media, comments such as "Isomura Hayato is so cool...!", "Isomura Hayato has a great vibe", "Yuto is great!
