Kanna Hashimoto stars in the NHK Asadora drama "Omusubi" (General TV, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. and others). On December 28th, we will look back on the 13th week, "What is happiness?" (December 23rd to 27th). The NHK announcer Kozo Takase will be in charge of narration.
"Omusubi" is a "Heisei youth graffiti" in which the heroine, born in 1989, connects people's hearts and futures as a nutritionist, with the "gal spirit" of valuing one's individuality at all times.
In the 13th week, Shoya (played by Hayato Sano) is unable to pitch properly due to an injury. Yui (played by Hashimoto) is told by Masato (played by Yukiya Kitamura) to leave him alone, so she tries to concentrate on her work more than usual so as not to worry about Shoya, but...
After breaking up with Shoya, Yui returns to Itoshima, Fukuoka, but all she can think back to is the time she first met Shoya. When Shoya suddenly appears in front of her, Yui, overwhelmed with emotion, proposes to him, asking him to marry her... and so the story unfolds.
