"Weekly Ninety-Nine Music" (Fuji TV) is a music variety show hosted by the comedy duo "Ninety-Nine." The popular "Yabechi Sushi" segment from "Meccha x 2 Iketeru!" will be revived for the first time in about seven years on the show, which will air on January 8th and 15th, 2025.
On the day of the live broadcast of "FNS Song Festival Night 1" on December 4th, a "Yabechi Sushi" store was set up inside the familiar Fuji Television building. A total of 16 gorgeous artists, including "Mrs. Green Apple", "Number_i", "Nogizaka46", Kou Shibasaki, and the mysterious folk duo "Akaenpitsu" (Bananaman), who appeared on "FNS Song Festival", visited the store.
Takashi Okamura, who is a self-proclaimed big fan of "Mrs. Green Apple", was very excited to interact with the members. "Number_i" will predict the fortunes of the new year with "Osechi Unroulette" and will perform the dance of "INZM" together with Okamura. Shibasaki will share a "true story that sounds like a lie".
In addition, Shizuka Kudo, "Snow Man", "TVXQ", "NiziU", Daichi Miura, AI, Kumi Koda, Takahisa Masuda of "NEWS", Mamoru Miyano, "TREASURE", "THE RAMPAGE" and others will also be visiting the store. It's also interesting to see the real faces of artists that you don't usually get to see.
The show will air on January 8th from 11:00 p.m. and on January 15th from 11:15 p.m.
