A digitally remastered version of "The Secret of the Disappeared Young Wife" from the TV anime "Detective Conan" (Yomiuri TV/Nippon TV, Saturday 6pm), based on the popular manga by Gosho Aoyama, will be broadcast on November 30th. This episode was broadcast in October 2015. On her way home from school, Ayumi passes by the Makabe residence in the neighborhood. Just then, a resident, Makabe Jun, comes out of the front door carrying a suspicious blanket. Peeking out from under the blanket is Jun's wife, Makabe Yuri, with a lifeless face, and blood on her face and clothes. Jun puts Yuri in the back seat of his car and drives off. The next day, Ayumi tells Conan and the others what she saw at the Makabe residence, but Conan and Haibara decide that there is no crime involved. After the two leave, Ayumi takes Genta and Mitsuhiko to visit the Makabe residence. "Detective Conan" is a popular manga serialized by Aoyama in the manga magazine "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan). The story depicts elementary school detective Conan Edogawa solving one difficult case after another.
