Takushi Tanaka:First lead role in drama "Tales of the Unusual"

On November 29th, it was revealed that Takushi Tanaka of the comedy duo "Ungirls" will be making his first appearance and playing the lead role in the omnibus drama "Tales of the Unusual '24 Winter Special Edition" (Fuji TV), which will be broadcast from 9:00 pm on December 14th. This will also be Tanaka's first time starring in a TV drama. Tanaka plays the main character, Tanaka Kenichi, an office worker who spends his days working overtime and devoting himself to work. He does nothing around the house, leaving it all to his wife Azusa (Ikezu Sachiko). Kenichi is aware that he is a bad father who neglects his family, but one day Azusa tells him that she has something important to announce. Just as he prepares himself for divorce talk, he is told that the "1st Tanaka Family Father Audition" has been decided to be held. Tanaka expressed his joy, saying, "I haven't been in many dramas recently, so I couldn't believe the offer itself, and it felt like the theme song of "Tales of the Unusual" was playing in my mind.
