The drama series "Light of My Lion" starring Yuya Yagira (TBS, Friday 10pm). The synopsis and stills from episode 8, which will air on November 29th, have been released.
Kaede (Yuki Sakurai) meets Manami (Machiko Ono) at the police station. She conveys Koto's (Yagira) message and asks her what she wants to do after her release.
On the day of her release, Manami once again enlists the help of Yuruki (Amane Okayama) to go to Sado Island, where her son Lion (Ozora Sato), Koto, and Mijito (Ryuta Bando) are waiting for her. When Koto welcomes Manami to the island, he doesn't know how to interact with his sister, whom he hasn't seen for a long time. Manami gets Koto and the others involved in her own pace and is happy to be reunited with Lion.
That night, Koto hears everything from Aio about her feelings for entrusting her beloved son Shuuto to Koto and Mijito, and about her husband Shogo's (Mukai Osamu) domestic violence. Koto also confesses his long-held feelings to his sister for the first time. Meanwhile, reporter Amane (Ozaki Takumi) has obtained some interesting information about Tachibana City Construction and Councilman Kamegaya...
The script is a completely original work by Tokuo Koji, who has worked on "My Housekeeper Nagisa-san" (TBS), and Ichinohe Yoshino, who is making her drama debut.
