Summary of Episode 6 of the drama "Aibou Season 23"

The sixth episode of the popular detective drama "Aibou Season 23" (TV Asahi, Wednesday 9pm) titled "Dawn of Roses and Beards" will air on November 27th. Hiroko (Atsushi Fukazawa), a gay bar owner who is a close friend of the Special Investigation Unit, will make a guest appearance. Other guests include Shun Nishime and Reiya Masaki. Hiroko was spotted near the scene of a murder and then disappeared. The victim was Koda, the president of a consulting company suspected of money laundering using an NPO. He had been evading taxes and embezzling aid money, using the volunteer cafeteria that Hiroko was involved in as a cover. Hiroko apparently went missing after protesting against Koda. Ukyo (Yutaka Mizutani) and Kaoru (Yasuhiko Terawaki) search for her along with Hiroko's fellow volunteer Izumikawa (Nishime). The First Investigation Division was questioning the judicial scrivener Yano (Masaki). Yano is suspected of having given Koda the means to evade taxes, and Yano was the last person he had contacted. Meanwhile, the possibility emerges that Koda may have been involved in an unsolved robbery from 10 years ago... The screenplay is by Yuko Iwashita, and the director is Hajime Hashimoto.
