It has been announced that a Blu-ray disc (BD) of " Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26," an animated compilation of eight short stories by manga artist Tatsuki Fujimoto , known for works such as " Chainsaw Man" and "Lookback, " will be released on September 30th.
The lineup includes three versions: "Blu-ray Limited Edition," "Blu-ray Special Edition," and "Blu-ray Standard Edition." The "Special Edition" and "Limited Edition" include bonus features such as trailers, special promotional videos, and footage of the opening day stage greetings, as well as a digital gallery of 30 to 50 images per title. An original soundtrack CD, a slipcase designed by designer Idea Oshima, a digipak case, and a 60-page special booklet are also included. The "Limited Edition" also comes with a T-shirt designed by Oshima.
As an exclusive pre-order bonus for the "Limited Edition," a set of three smartphone-sized stickers featuring illustrations by the original author, Fujimoto, from "Love is Blind," "Shikaku," and "My Sister's Older Sister," will be included, along with a choice of three 2L character fine mats. There are three types of character fine mats in total, and purchasers can choose their preferred design.
"Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26" is an animated series featuring all eight short stories drawn by Fujimoto between the ages of 17 and 26, compiled from "Tatsuki Fujimoto Short Story Collection 17-21" and "Tatsuki Fujimoto Short Story Collection 22-26," with seven directors and six studios adapting them into anime. It began streaming on Prime Video last November.
