"School of love." The restaurant visited by "Kaworu" Raul and "Manami"Fumino Kimura is a hot topic

The sixth episode of the drama series " School of love. " (Fuji TV, Thursdays at 10pm), starring actor Fumino Kimura , aired on August 14th. The restaurant visited by host Kaoru (played by Raul) and teacher Manami (played by Kimura) became a hot topic on social media.

Kaworu and Manami decide to go on a one-day trip as a "farewell excursion." When they enter a restaurant called "MIURA SHORE BREAK SURF & DISH" at lunchtime, they are greeted cheerfully by a waitress (played by Asuka Kurosawa), who says, "Come in! Please take a seat at the table in the middle!"

The waiter who brought the draft beer they ordered said to Manami, "Your son is a handsome guy." Seeing Kaworu laugh at the comment, "A son," the waiter smiled cutely and said, "Well, that's nice. He's a young boyfriend."

When Kaworu revealed that he had come to talk about breaking up, the waiter blurted out, "Oh really? Well, things happen when you're so far apart in age. Try to get along. We used to fight a lot too, but things have finally settled down!" Her husband, who was cooking in the kitchen, then put an end to that by saying, "Kinu-chan, don't say anything unnecessary."

There are speculations that this restaurant may be the one featured in the film adaptation of "Hirugao" (directed by Nishitani Hiroshi), a spin-off of the 2014 Fuji TV drama "Hirugao: Love Affairs in the Afternoon" starring Aya Ueto as the main character Sawa. Kurosawa plays Tajiri Kinue, who works at the restaurant.

On social media, people were excited, saying things like, "I realized that the restaurant where Kaworu and the teacher had lunch was the same restaurant where Sawa worked in the movie Hirugao, and I got super excited all by myself!" "Isn't that the place where Sawa worked in the movie Hirugao? Isn't it also the same place where the staff is played by Kurosawa Asuka?" "When Kurosawa Asuka appeared as a waiter, I thought 'why?' but it was a link to Hirugao," and "The woman in the restaurant was exactly Kurosawa Asuka, and I thought, 'Oh, it's Hirugao!'"
