A Gunpla (plastic model) of Gundam Jilius, the main character's machine from the manga "Mobile Suit Gundam Eight", will be released as "HG 1/144 Gundam Jilius" from Bandai Spirits' "HG" series. Priced at 2,970 yen.
"Mobile Suit Gundam Eight" is a completely new alternative series that will begin serialization in the August issue of "Monthly Gundam Ace" (KADOKAWA) on sale from June 26th. The Gunpla faithfully reproduces the exterior of the suit. Its wide range of motion allows for flexible movement. By removing the exterior parts, it can also be recreated in light armor. Designer Kanekotsu designed the packaging. A beam rifle, beam saber, and shield are included.
Pre-orders will be accepted from noon on May 26th on Bandai Namco Group's shopping site "Premium Bandai". Shipment is scheduled for July.
