The drama series " Taigan no Kaji ~Kore ga, Watashi no Ikiru Michi~ " (TBS, Tuesdays at 10pm) starring actress Mikako Tabe . The synopsis and stills from the third episode, which will air on April 15th, have been released.
Reiko's ( Noriko Eguchi) daughter, Hoshina (Yoshitama Hoka-chan), has the mumps, and Shiho (Tabe-san) takes care of Hoshina at the request of Reiko, who cannot take time off work. Shiho spends a fun day watching Ichigo (Nagai Kana-chan) and Hoshina playing together.
Upon hearing this, Nakatani (Dean Fujioka) advises Shiho, "If you're going to take care of someone else's daughter, you should be properly compensated," and Shiho is taken aback by his unexpected words.
Reiko asks her company for a few days off to look after Hoshina. She is worried that Imai (Matsumoto Reo), who usually takes over Reiko's work, will be upset, but he readily agrees to take over.
A few days later, Reiko returns to work safely. But then her eldest son, Atsumasa (Shoma Kotobuki), falls ill with the mumps.
Based on the novel "Taigan no Kaji" (Kodansha Bunko) by Kiko Akano, the story depicts the "endless work" of housework through the protagonist's interactions with "people on the other side of the river" who have different positions and ways of thinking than her.
