Bungo Stray Dogs:Anime 10th anniversary project launched, "Pre-celebration project" to be held every month leading up to April 2026

It has been revealed that a project has been launched to commemorate the 10th anniversary of "Bungo Stray Dogs," an anime about famous authors fighting with supernatural powers. In the run up to its 10th anniversary in April 2026, a "Pre-10th Anniversary Celebration Project" will be held every month.

An all-night screening of the first season will be held on April 19th at Cinemart Shinjuku (Shinjuku, Tokyo), and the second season will be held on April 26th. A talk show will be held with producer Minami Masahiko of Bones, who produced the anime for the first season, and with original author Asagiri Kafka for the second season. In May, a collaboration will be held at the Nakahara Chuya Memorial Museum (Yamaguchi City) for the first time in about seven years. In June, the annual collaboration cover of Kadokawa Bunko (KADOKAWA) will be published.

"Bungo Stray Dogs" is a manga written by Kafka Asagiri and illustrated by Harukawa 35, and is currently being serialized in "Young Ace" (KADOKAWA). It depicts famous authors such as Atsushi Nakajima, Osamu Dazai, and Ryunosuke Akutagawa battling each other using their supernatural powers. The first season of the TV anime aired from April to June 2016, the second from October to December of the same year, the third from April to June 2019, the fourth from January to March 2023, and the fifth from July to September 2023.
