A teaser PV for the fourth season of the TV anime "Classroom of the Elite", based on the light novel by MF Bunko J (KADOKAWA), "4th Season 2nd Year Edition 1st Semester", has been released on YouTube. The video features the "new first-year students".
"Classroom of the Elite" is based on a light novel written by Kinugasa Shougo, who is also responsible for the popular game "Guardian of the Dawn," and illustrated by Tomose Shunsaku. Set at Advanced Nurturing High School, one of the most prestigious schools in the country where meritocracy is the highest priority, the story follows the school life of protagonist Ayanokoji Kiyotaka, who is assigned to the lowest class, and Horikita Suzune, a beautiful girl in his class who has excellent grades but a very difficult personality. The original series has sold over 9.5 million copies in total.
The first season of the TV anime aired from July to September 2017, the second season from July to September 2022, and the third season from January to March 2024.
