It was revealed on March 10th that Yoshimasa Hosoya, a popular voice actor known for his role as Orga Itsuka in the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, has gotten married. On the 10th, Hosoya announced on his official Twitter account, "I apologize for informing you of my personal affairs, but I, Yoshimasa Hosoya, would like to announce that I have recently gotten married. The woman I am marrying is a member of the public who has no connection to this industry."
X wrote, "Since I became fascinated with theater during my student days, I have been able to continue working to this day thanks to various connections and the help of everyone. I would like to continue to work hard, keeping in my heart the bonds I have with all of you who support me and all of the people involved. I would like to ask for your continued support in the future."
Hosoya is a voice actor known for his roles as Shusaku in "In This Corner of the World," Arata Wataya in "Chihayafuru," Hizamaru Tou in "Terra Formars," and Reiner Braun in "Attack on Titan." He is also active in dubbing and narration. He won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 8th Seiyuu Awards (2014) and the 10th Seiyuu Awards (2016).
