Singer Ado, dance and vocal unit "Atarashii Gakko!," and music unit "YOASOBI" will come together to promote the charms of Japan to the world in the music event "matsuri'25: Japanese Music Experience LOS ANGELES," which will be held in Los Angeles, USA, on March 16th (local time). WOWOW will broadcast and stream the event on WOWOW Prime and WOWOW On Demand from 6pm on March 29th (Japan time) (WOWOW On Demand will have an archived stream for one month).
The event will be held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles by the Culture and Entertainment Industry Promotion Association (CEIPA), which will hold the Music Awards Japan, Japan's largest international music awards, in May this year, to highlight Japanese artists with world-class quality and promote their appeal to the world. Anticipation is building for what kind of live performance the three groups will deliver in Los Angeles, the center of the global music world.
Additionally, movie theaters across the country will be showing delayed viewings on March 29 (starting at 6pm), April 6 at 1pm, and April 10 at 6pm. The price is 4,200 yen for all reserved seats.
It will also be streamed overseas on March 29th (doors open at 5:30pm, show starts at 6pm, both Japan time). Countries where it will be streamed are Canada, the US, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand. The price is 4,500 yen. Catch-up streaming is available until 11:59pm on April 13th.
