Toshio Kobori of the comedy duo "Gappori Construction," who gained attention for his appearance on the documentary program "The Non-Fiction" (Fuji TV), will be a guest on TV Asahi's variety program "Clonadal" (Mondays at 2:15 a.m., excluding some areas) on February 10th.
In the January episode of "The Non-Fiction," Kobori-san begins looking for a husband with the aim of becoming a kept man, but falls behind on his dues to the marriage agency. After working part-time at a junior colleague's yakiniku restaurant, he thinks that restaurants can be profitable and decides to open a ramen shop. He gets on his knees and begs his partner, Murota Minoru, to lend him 1 million yen, but ends up being fired after arriving late on the first day of training at the ramen shop. For some reason, he wants to become a monk, so he asks Murota to introduce him to a temple, which makes him furious. He ends up running away from the temple he was introduced to on the second day of his trial training, and his trashiness has attracted a lot of attention.
On this episode, Kobori-san was introduced as "a trashier comedian than Kuro-chan." He will have a "trash episode summit battle" with the MCs Kuro-chan and Nadal-san. Kuro-chan's junior, Kikuchi Masashi of "Wanwan Nyan Nyan," and Nadal-san's partner Nishino Souto will present trash episodes of the three people based on the theme, but halfway through, an argument breaks out over Gappori Construction. When Murota says, "My partner is useless!", Kobori gets mad, saying, "There's no way he's useless!", and Nishino, who is next to him, complains, "The security is bad..."
The program will also reveal Kobori's current main source of income, which he sometimes earns "220,000 yen a week," as well as the "trashy remarks" that Kuro-chan made to his ex-girlfriend after their night together.
After the terrestrial broadcast, the program will be available for viewing on TVer and ABEMA.
