It has been announced that Kanato Tsukishiro, a former top star of the Takarazuka Revue's Moon Troupe, will appear in a special program of "Takarazuka Premiere," which will be broadcast on WOWOW Live from 6:45 pm on February 22nd. In the program, entitled "Kanato Tsukishiro Special," Kanato Tsukishiro will try his hand at resin art, which involves pouring synthetic resin into pieces and creating art by hand.
Tsukishiro joined the Takarazuka Revue Company in 2009 as a member of the 95th class. He made his debut in the Cosmos troupe's production "Rain Falling on Roses/Amour Sore wa...". He was then assigned to the Yuki troupe. He charmed many fans as an elegant, orthodox male role actor, and made his debut as a lead in the newcomer performance in 2013's "Shall we Dance?". Since then, he has starred in newcomer performances three times. In 2017, he transferred to the Moon troupe. In 2018, he made his debut as a lead in the Tokyo performance of "THE LAST PARTY ~S. Fitzgerald's last day~", and in the same year, he was chosen to play the role of Luchini in "Elisabeth".
In August 2021, she became the top star of the Moon Troupe and appeared in major productions such as "Tonight, at the Romance Theater" and "The Great Gatsby". In July 2024, she left the Takarazuka Revue Company after the final performance of the Tokyo performance of "Eternal Voice/Grande TAKARAZUKA 110!" After leaving the company, she has been active in the entertainment industry, including holding solo concerts.
On the 22nd broadcast of "Takarazuka Premiere 'Tsukishiro Kanato Special'", Tsukishiro will show off her resin art skills and also talk about her memories from her active days and her outlook for the future in an interview.
