The third episode of the drama series " Madoka26sai,kenshui Yattemasu! " (TBS, Tuesdays at 10pm) starring actress Kyoko Kyoko Yoshine , a medical intern played by Yoshine, became a hot topic on social media.

The drama is based on Midori Mizutani's manga " Madoka26sai,kenshui Yattemasu!", "I'm a flustered medical intern," and "I came to be a medical intern on a remote island" (KADOKAWA). It depicts the two years in which medical intern Madoka Wakatsuki faces life while struggling in the medical field and encouraging her fellow colleagues.
Madoka, who was assigned to the gastroenterology department, was confronted by a patient, Hayato Nakayama (Hisato Kokubo), who was diagnosed with a type of gastric cancer called scirrhous cancer, which progresses very quickly. Hayato had a young daughter.
Madoka visits Yuto, who is suffering from nausea that won't stop. Yuto asks, "How much longer do I have? What should I do? He's only four years old. I don't want to die," but Madoka has no answer.
Madoka frequently visits Yuto, hoping to find something she can help him with. However, Yuto passes away, and Madoka is left to declare him dead.
Yuto's wife Minami (Tomoko Tabata) tried to hold back her sadness as she greeted the crowd, saying, "Thanks to everyone, I was able to spend a lot of time with my husband." However, she burst into tears when her daughter said, "Daddy is sleeping. Wake up, wake up."
Madoka, witnessing this, is shown running out of the hospital room and crying alone on a bench in the hallway. When Madoka notices this, she immediately contacts Sunada. However, Sunada lies to her and says that he is working overtime at work.
