It has been announced that the second season of the TV anime " Go! Go! Loser Ranger! ", based on the manga by Negi Haruba , who is also known for the popular manga " The Quintessential Quintuplets ", will be broadcast on the CBC TV/TBS anime slot "Agaru Anime" every Sunday at 11:30 pm starting from April 13th. The main visual with the tagline "Expose that madness" was also released. The announcement was made at the "New Year's Grand Naokai" event held on January 26th.
The main visual released shows the Dai Sentai Green Unit's Junior Rank Kanon Hisui with a strong gaze, Footsoldier D disguised as new recruit Hibiki Sakurama, fellow new recruit Angel Usukubo, and the mysterious informant Chitose, with the abandoned school classroom in the background, which will be the setting for the second season. The visual has a dark atmosphere, with strange and sinister eyes glimpsed on the blackboard in the background.
"Go! Go! Loser Ranger!" began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) in February 2021. It is a unique anti-hero manga in which Footsoldier D, a low-ranking fighter of the evil monster army, fights against the Ryujin Sentai Dragon Keeper, who are thought to be allies of justice.
The first season aired on TBS every Sunday at 4:30 pm from April to June 2024.
