On October 11th, actors Nanao and Shiono Akihisa took to the streets of Shibuya, Tokyo to promote the TV Asahi drama series "Munou no Taka" (Fridays at 11:15pm, excluding some areas), which began broadcasting on the same day. The two handed out "bribes" (candies with the word "Munou" written on them) to passersby, appealing to them to "watch the drama."

Passersby were astonished when the two suddenly appeared on the streets of Shibuya, and excitedly exclaimed, "You're so beautiful!", "I'll definitely watch the first episode!", and "You came during your break (even though you're at work)!" A passerby who received a "bribe" from Nanao was so excited that he exaggerated, "Your legs were as long as my height."

Nanao said, "A lot of people came, and some people said they had originally been planning to watch the drama, so I hope that many people will watch (tonight's broadcast)!"

Meanwhile, Shiono made a strong appeal, in stark contrast to her "weak character" in the drama, saying, "Please be sure to watch the first episode today! The person who gave the candy has to watch it!!"

The drama is a live-action adaptation of the manga of the same name by Hanzaki Asami (Kodansha), starring Nanao. The comedy depicts the refreshing way of life of Takano Tsumeko (Nanao), a new employee who looks capable but can't even make copies or start up a computer. Also appearing in the show are Iura Arata, Kudo Asuka, Sato Honami, Takahashi Katsumi, and Doi Shiori.
