A press conference to announce the completion of the film "Doctor X: The Movie" (directed by Tamura Naoki, to be released on December 6th) was held on October 8th at TV Asahi (Minato Ward, Tokyo), with the main cast including lead actress Yonekura Ryoko and Tanaka Kei in attendance.

This film marks the final installment of the "Doctor X: Surgeon Daimon Michiko" series, which began airing on TV Asahi in 2012. Tanaka, who reprises the role of Morimoto Hikaru, introduced her role as "a person who, by chance, is looking into Dr. Daimon's (Yonekura) past," and said, "It was good that Morimoto was able to go and find out why Dr. Daimon became a super doctor. (The filming set) has never changed, and everyone there has always been the same, so it was a very comfortable environment, and I'm sad that it's ending this time."

Yonekura reflected, "Dr. Morimoto was the first doctor to accept Daimon Michiko, who was a lone wolf," and smiled when asked about Tanaka, "He's the one who's created big-time productions like 'Ossan's Love'..."

As Tanaka blushed and laughed, Yonekura continued, "Kei-chan is getting more and more handsome... I've worked with him on TV Asahi productions since before 'Doctor-X,' and it may be rude, but he was a cute, reliable actor... Dr. Morimoto was a really reliable doctor." She expressed her gratitude to Tanaka, with whom she's co-starred for many years.

Tanaka responded with a punchline, "Yonekura-san calls me Dr. Morimoto, but Dr. Daimon rarely does..."

Also attending the press conference were Uchida Yuki, Katsumura Masanobu, Suzuki Kosuke, Endo Kenichi, Kishibe Ittoku, and Nishida Toshiyuki.
