It has been announced that Season 2 of the new TV anime series "Kinnikuman: The Perfect Chojin Ancestors" based on the popular fighting manga "Kinnikuman" will be produced and will be broadcast in January 2025 on CBC TV/TBS's anime slot "Agaru Anime" and other channels. The battle will take place in the Tottori Sand Dunes, where the curtain rises on the second stage between the Justice and Devil Alliance Army and the Perfect and Infinite Number Army on a stepped pyramid rising from the dunes.
The Perfect Chojin Ancestors is a popular episode that follows the "Kinniku Planet Throne Battle" arc, depicting a three-way battle with the Justice Chojins and Devil Chojins as a new threat, the Perfect and Infinite Number Army, attacking. The anime will be directed by Satou Akira and produced by Production I.G. Miyano Mamoru will play Kinnikuman, with Uesaka Sumire playing Meat-kun and Ono Daisuke playing Terryman. Season 1 began on July 7th with "Agaru Anime" and ended with episode 11 "The New Large Numbers!!" broadcast on September 22nd.
"Kinnikuman" is a popular fighting manga by "Yudetamago" that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from 1979 to 1987.
