Virgin Punk：Director Umetsu Yasuomi x Shaft: Original anime series production

It has been revealed that "Virgin Punk", an original anime series by director Umetsu Yasuomi, known for "A KITE" and "MEZZO FORTE", will be produced. This will be Umetsu's first work in about 10 years, and he will be teaming up with Shaft, the studio behind "Puella Magi Madoka Magica".

The story follows the struggles of the main character Ubu, who finds herself living as a bounty hunter, and the lust and chaos woven by the strong characters that surround her.
