Yomiuri TV's animation brand "ytv animation" has released a collaboration visual between "Detective Conan" and "Blue Miblo". The visual, themed on "Autumn Kyoto", depicts "Detective Conan"'s Edogawa Conan and Hattori Heiji, who challenge "truth", and "Blue Miblo"'s Chirin and Hijikata Toshizo, who challenge "justice". The two works are scheduled to be exhibited at the "Kyoto International Manga and Anime Fair (KyotoMaf) 2024", an event to be held at Miyako Messe (Kyoto City Industrial Promotion Hall) and other locations in Kyoto on September 21st and 22nd, and a giant panel using the collaboration visual will be displayed at the ytv animation booth.

"Detective Conan" will air the first and second parts of "Ooka Momiji's Sweet Trap", which is set in Kyoto, over two weeks on September 21st and 28th. A special PV that hints at the exploits of Conan and Heiji has been released on YouTube. It will be broadcast every Saturday at 6pm on the Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV networks.

"Ao no Miburo" is based on a manga about the Shinsengumi by Yasuda Takeshi, who is known for the soccer manga "DAYS," and depicts the group's exploits in Kyoto during the late Edo period. It will be broadcast on the Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV networks every Saturday at 5:30 pm starting October 19th.
