The latest video of "Uchimura Produce" (TV Asahi), which is making a one-night comeback for the first time in about 19 years since the end of its regular broadcast in 2005, has been released on TV Asahi's official YouTube channel and the program's official X (formerly Twitter). It shows the program's famous segments, such as "Laugh King," "Surprising Home Visits by Comedians," and "Ogiri Competition," which were recorded at the National Stadium (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo).

The one-night comeback special will be aired on September 28th at 10pm, under the title "Celebrating! Teruyoshi Uchimura's 60th Birthday! Uchimura Produce Revival Special!!," a program commemorating the 65th anniversary of TV Asahi's launch. A total of 30 people, including 15 "comedians who appeared on Uchimura" during the regular broadcast period (April 2000 to September 2005) and 15 "comedians who watched Uchimura" during the regular broadcast period, will rush to celebrate the 60th birthday of the host Teruyoshi Uchimura, and will do their best to make people laugh. Shiraishi Mai will be serving as the assistant.

In the popular "Laugh King Contest" from the regular days, a challenger would enter a room with three "non-laughing men" and choose one of the three to make them laugh with a one-liner or joke. This time, "comedians who appeared on Uchi-P" and "comedians who watched Uchi-P" will each choose a comedian from the opposing team to make them laugh, in a comedy battle that doesn't depend on how long they've been in the business. Veterans who now serve as MCs on various programs, such as the comedy duo "Samaazu," Ariyoshi Hiroiki, Arita Teppei, and "Bananaman," will give a rare glimpse as "players" who make people laugh.

In the revival of another popular segment, "Surprise Home Visits with Comedians," a surprise visit to the homes of comedians will be made to check out their comedic spirit, with the theme that "comedians should be comedians in their private lives as well." The video shows Morita Tetsuya of "Saraba Seishun no Hikari" panicking in front of "Samaazu" and Ariyoshi.

After the recording, Ariyoshi commented, "I was satisfied! It was fulfilling. I want to do it once a year! If that project hadn't ended like that, I think I would have cried. I feel like a new page has been written in my youth. I was moved."

Arita, who was nervous about recording with Uchi-P for the first time in 19 years, said, "I didn't want to do it at all, but once it started, it was so much fun! It's been a long time since I've felt that feeling of helping each other, of everyone trying to liven things up no matter how funny it is. I always tell my juniors, 'You should do this more,' so it was the most embarrassing thing to do! I realized that I need to be kind to the younger members on a daily basis. The members are turning 60 in turn, so I would be grateful if we could do it again each time."

Bananaman's Shitara Osamu also commented, "I was really scared before we did it today!", while Himura Yuki reflected on the filming, saying, "I didn't want to do it, did I? But Uchi-P is the best!"

On the 20th, one week before the program airs, cinemas across the country will host the "Celebrating His 60th Birthday! Uchimura Produced Revival Special: Binge-watching of Classics & a Sneak Peek at the Latest Film, Fuka-kawa Will Come Somewhere Too Screening." General ticket sales will begin at 6pm on the 14th. Due to the overwhelming number of applicants for the advance sale, additional cinemas in Tokyo will be added at short notice. Information about the additional cinemas and tickets will be announced on the "Uchi-P Screening Information Site" at a later date.
