Yuriko Yoshitaka stars in the NHK Taiga drama "To You, Shining". In the 33rd episode, "The Birth of Shikibu", which aired on September 1st, viewers were drawn to the "momentary smile" shown by Akiko, played by Ai Mikami.

In the 33rd episode, Mahiro (Yoshitaka) is asked by Michinaga (Emoto Tasuku) to live and work at Fujitsubo, where Akiko lives.

Mahiro immediately tries to write the next part of the story, but she is not used to living in the imperial court and her writing does not progress as she would like. Worried, Mahiro decides to go back home and write, despite Michinaga's objections. Around this time, Ise (Miura Shohei), who returned to the Imperial Court at the order of Emperor Ichijo (Shiono Akihisa), began to make disturbing moves.

A few months later, when she visits Fujitsubo with the story she has been writing, Akiko gradually opens up to Mahiro and shows an interest in the story, saying, "I would like to read what the emperor reads." Emperor Ichijo also went to Fujitsubo to meet Mahiro... and so the story unfolded.

One day, Akiko became a playmate for Prince Atsuyasu. When the prince handed her what looked like a beanbag, she tossed it in the wrong direction. While the ladies-in-waiting except Mahiro were distracted, Akiko gave the prince a "snack," saying "It's a secret."

At that moment, Akiko turned to the prince with a beaming smile that no one had ever seen before.
