Actor Tanaka Kei appeared with lead actor Takahashi Fumiya and others at the premiere screening of the movie "That Person Disappeared" (directed by Mizuno Itaru, released on September 20th) held in Tokyo on September 4th. Tanaka, who has worked with Takahashi for the first time since the drama "The Equation That Erases the Teacher" (TV Asahi) broadcast in 2020, shared an episode where he thought Takahashi was "cute" when he met him at the gym. Tanaka said that he decided to appear in this film after hearing that Takahashi would be starring in it, and recalled, "She was very cute when we co-starred almost four years ago. It was an unfamiliar set and unfamiliar acting, but I thought she was cute because she was trying her best and facing things honestly." He continued, "The biggest reason I decided to appear in this film was because there is a gym with a personal trainer, and Fumiya was there. And because he was still young, I got angry and said, 'You shouldn't go to the gym when you're young!' So Fumiya said, 'I'm going to the gym because I want to have a body like Kei-san.' And then I was like, 'I'm going to the gym.'" He explained with a shy laugh. "I thought that was really cute, and I've been a fan of him ever since," he revealed with a laugh.

Meanwhile, Takahashi smiled and said, "I felt a sense of security" about working with Tanaka again after a long time. "I co-starred with Kei in a film in which he played the lead role, but I never thought back then that I'd get to work with him again in a film in which I played the lead role..." he said with a deep emotion.

The film is an "unpredictable mystery entertainment" with a completely original script by Mizuno, who directed the popular drama "Brush Up Life" (Nippon TV). The setting is a cursed apartment building where it is rumored that "people disappear one after another." While going in and out of the apartment building almost every day, a young delivery man named Maruko (Takahashi) accidentally finds out the "secret" of a suspicious resident. From that day on, he becomes embroiled in an unexpected major incident... This is the story.

Kita Kana, Sakai Maki, Hakamada Yoshihiko, Sometani Shota, and director Mizuno also attended the premiere screening.
