A 30th-anniversary logo for the 1996 TV anime "After War Gundam X " has been unveiled. The logo for "Mobile Suit Gundam After War Gundam X Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Mobile Fighter G Gundam, " and "Mobile Suit Gundam X." The logo features the protagonist Garrod Ran and the heroine Tiffa Adill back-to-back, with the moon, a symbol of the series, as the motif.
"After War Gundam X" aired from April to December 1996 as the third installment of the Alternative series. It depicts the resurgence of the world war and its consequences from the perspective of Earth (the Vulture ship Freeden), which suffered unprecedented damage from a colony drop. The story centers on the battle between the Freeden and the New Earth Federation Forces and the Space Revolutionary Army, with Garrod's growth as he struggles to protect Tiffa and the existence of "Newtypes" who transcend humanity beings as major themes.
Shinji Takamatsu, known for works such as "Brave Express Might Gaine," served as director, with Wataru Takagi voicing Garrod and Mika Kanai voicing Tiffa.
