The TBS Sunday drama "VIVANT," starring actor Masato Sakai, will begin its sequel on July 26th. Of the 10 episodes of the first season, which have been scheduled for an encore broadcast, episode 9 will air on TBS (Kanto local) on July 5th at 2:28 AM.
In episode 9, it was revealed that Tent was making money by undertaking terrorist and criminal acts on behalf of others, and using that money to save orphans within the country of Barca.
Meanwhile, Beki (Koji Yakusho) gives instructions to Nokoru (Kazunari Ninomiya). The instructions are to have Yusuke Nogi (Masakazu Sakai) work at the company Nokoru runs. What are Beki's true intentions?
And what is the past of his father, Beki, and the secret behind the birth of the tent that Nogi will come to know...?
Meanwhile, the sequel begins immediately after the last scene of the previous film. Just as Nogi returns from a series of missions involving the international terrorist organization "Tent," he sees a red bun placed in a shrine.
It was a signal announcing an emergency summons for a separate unit. What exactly was happening behind the scenes on that day when Nogi fired a bullet at his father, Nogorn Beki (played by Koji Yakusho), who was also the leader of the tent, and when he reunited with Kaoru (played by Fumi Nikaido) and Jameen and embraced them?
The truth will be revealed in the first episode of the sequel.
