An event to thank fans for the huge backlash against the movie " ItOredewa nai enjo " (directed by Yamada Atsuhiro), starring actor Hiroshi Abe , was held in Tokyo on October 8th, with Abe, Fujiwara Daisuke, and Natsukawa Yui in attendance.
The film is based on the novel of the same name by Akinari Asakura (Futaba Bunko), which was nominated for the 36th Shugoro Yamamoto Prize. It depicts the horror of modern-day false accusations, where unfounded information on social media becomes the "truth" and develops into a major incident.
