A set containing a plastic model of the Exploding Doll (Sheephead) from Mamoru Nagano's popular manga "The Five Star Stories" and a pair of professional-grade nippers, titled "[Special Order Professional Nippers "Exploding Doll" Ver. Included] 1/100 Plastic Model 'The Five Star Stories' Gate Shion Mark 3 Ritter Jet - Exploding Doll (Sheephead) Newtype SP Pack," will be released in late July.
The plastic model is a variation of Volks' "VSMS 1/100 Gate Shion Mark 3 Ritter Jet - Bursting Doll (Hawkhead)". It comes with two head parts: Sheephead Astilute, which faithfully reproduces the design of the mecha when piloted by Cayenne, and Sheephead Shizuka, which is based on the head design of the illustration on the cover of the April 2015 issue of "Monthly Newtype" (KADOKAWA). The nippers are engraved with the "Dancing Doll" emblem and the "FSS" logo, and the grip has been changed to match the color of the mecha.
It costs 20,900 yen. Pre-orders are being accepted on the website "Kadokawa Store".
